Adele Cover

Post by Mark_86 » Wed Apr 11, 2012 5:41 pm

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone one knows where i can get a copy of the Adele cover Frank did, as i and trying to convince (and winning) to get Frank as our first song at our wedding. Any help would be much appreciated to help me win this battle.

Cheers

This song is by Bob Dylan, so I assume this is why Frank covered it. I've nothing against Adele but you know...

I'm gonna cry... :(

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tatbY9zFcPU Here is Franks version, but you may want to think about using Smiling at Strangers on Trains. It's more worthy of a first dance than a cover.

A cover is more worthy of a first dance than a cover?

Ah, it's not really a cover when it's your song to begin with....is it? It's more of a solo arrangement...

Kind of, but it's not just Frank's song, it's Million Dead's song. And when he moved from playing it just solo to playing it with a new band, it puts it firmly into cover territory, for me anyway.

There are some websites where you can rip the audio off youtube videos, try that :)

YouTube converter takes a YouTube vid and turns it into an mp3, which can then be dumped into itunes. Not that I'm condoning such things, but they are easy to do.
