Poem: "How I met your mother"

Post by Nico » Fri Jul 19, 2013 12:17 am

How I met your mother

It´s okay that we don´t talk,
it´s allright but I won´t smile,
honey let us take a walk
let us be in love a while.

I remember your smell,
on the 14th of july,
I hope you know it well
and I hope this ain´t goodbye.

I know all the reasons,
the hows and the whys,
but I just forgot that feeling,
you and me under blue skies.

I never thought you were the one,
but you` ve become my river isle,
you know you were my sun
and I could always make you smile.

And in my inconvenient bed,
we dreamed of New York City nights,
and we laughed loud bout this Ted,
and how he´d never find a wife.

I said: ``I love you`` all the time,
now you re saying you don´t know,
here s the reason for my rhymes,
I thought you d never let me go.

Now I m waiting for your return,
from the lovey spanish sea,
I hope you´ll find it soon,
your room to feel free.

Hey Nico. These are all wonderful and everything, but how about confining them to one thread.

Thanks.

Yup, I agree. Obviously not intended but the 14th July is also particularly significant to me, so I'd also appreciate it if that could be amended. To the 3rd maybe.

Your old threads are fine, don't worry about them.
