Taken Franks Advise

Post by SteveJB » Sat Apr 06, 2019 9:42 am

Morning All,

I have taken the plunge to try this at home... and am getting a band together, guitar, bass, and drums with a female singer.

Mostly inexperienced, and new to this.

We are at the early stage of sorting out a set list to start practicing, and I was hoping for some input from you guys as to crowd pleasing songs for us to start with and songs you'd like to hear, local pubs - Pub rock.

Cheers

Steve

It goes without saying that Mr Brightside is still standing the test of time with every cover band I see

However

Every cover band I see tend to do "all the small things", from a personal note, be different, there are other Blink 182 tracks available!

The Passenger by Iggy Pop? Was also done by Siouxsie & the Banshees, if you want to hear it with a female vocal.
