You a Jackson Browne fan? Been listening to 'The Pretender' (and loving it), seems like your bag but maybe I'm wrong...

Since you were on mine for so long, I'm curious - what else is on there?

Listen to his "Of Missing Persons" and then listen to Inaura George. Her dad's version of "Trouble" will do nicely. We're big Little Feat fans here in DC. Sad story. Sad songs.
Relax. This won't hurt.

I love Jackson Browne. "The load out" is a lovely touring song.
My favourite albums are "For everyman" and "Late for the sky". I used to have the two on one cassette that I wore out.

I've owned Late For The Sky in every different format possible. One of the best, IMO, albums ever made. So many great songs.... including my "funeral" pick: "For A Dancer" (Eulogy is next
on that list). There are some artists who just seem to speak to each of us through their songwriting, everyone's list is different. My short list is Jackson, Frank, Billy Bragg, Morrissey and Warren Zevon.

Running On Empty is a fantastic record. However, I absolutely love Lives In The Balance even though it's probably not considered one of his classic albums.

Yep, the later stuff is good too: "Lawyers in love", "Lives in the balance". It's just that the production sounds a bit dated. I think the older albums have aged better.
I saw Jackson at Glastonbury a few years ago. He was excellent. Even sang "I am a patriot".
