Glad you're not dead

But I can only imagine the pain you must be in to cancel any shows at all. Admire your incredible will to power through it all so far.

Also terribly sorry it was Tennessee that did it to you. Take care of yourself.

Frank, I suspect that the person who needs reminding that you are not a machine, is you! Hope you feel better soon. :D

Judging by the date on the X-Ray you have been in agony for quite a while, you poor chap. I hope you feel better soon and are able to find ways of managing your injury.
As much as I really want to see you play on Thursday I would prefer that you take time to rest up and come back when you are ready.
I will let you borrow my mobility scooter of you need it  !

Not great with encouraging statements, so yeah just get well soon and well done for coping with it for so long :)

it's tickling me that everyone thinks that Xray is me. it isn't, it was a google image search, haha. I'm not really into posting my medical stuff online.

thanks, incidentally.

Given the date I didn't think that was your image. But it did make for a facile "I saw Frank's coccix" joke or two.

My sister has an electric wheelchair you can borrow if you like.... you'll never have as much fun :D That said, London is the least wheelchair friendly city I've ever seen.....

I mean, it will be sad if that happens, of course, and we all know he fucking hates to cancel anything. I'm sure he'll make the best decision given how he's feeling.

The wee stagefighting scene in the "Tour Tips" video makes me cringe now.

i had a laminectomy in 09 because of two herniated discs that were fucking with my nerves. they had me up walking around the next day. once i got home i mostly was laying down or in a recliner (apparently thats one of the best positions you can be in? sitting at an angle with your feet elevated) for about six weeks as well.

my xrays now look badass cause theres pieces of my spine missing.

You guuuys, I'm sorry to hear about everyone's back issues. I hope everyone can be pain-free and back to full awesomeness in the very near future.

Frank, just an FYI: I know you're bummed about cancelling shiz. But tonight, we are playing your tracks in the ONLY privately licensed bar in Mauritania. We don't play just anyone, see. We only get one glorious night in the bar a week. I'm sure it's not much consolation, but at least you're gaining fans in the heart of the Sahara!

I've not had a recent x ray - but when I had my MRI 3 years ago it showed 3 of my vertebrae were disintegrated.

Constant pain forever more.
