Would you prefer to be:

A. Buried out in English seas so all that then remains of you will lap against these shores until England is no more.

B. Committed to the fire, taken down to London's drinking reservoirs and thrown in.

This is basically a personality test.

A means you're capable of empathy, B makes you a sociopath. I've always suspected frank of alternating between the two. Our perhaps I'm just projecting. :-)

A or B, it doesn't really matter. Either choice makes you part of a land held dear to you.

i used to threaten my dad that i was going to spread his ashes on the living room floor and then vacuum him up so that he rest eternally in his favorite spot (he was OCD about cleaning & vacuumed twice a day) instead we interred him in a lovely mausoleum. (i miss you dad)

so would i want a or b? both? commit me to the fire and toss my ashes into the charles river where i can settle into centuries of boston mud

I always thought I'd rather be turned to ashes when I died but now after sadly going to a few funerals I have changed my mind for many reasons. Now, I'd much rather be buried in a coffin out in the country(not in a graveyard).
