Meeting Frank

Post by Johnny-Fatso » Wed Jul 31, 2013 1:41 am

I was just wondering if there's any chance to meet you (Frank) after a concert.
I usually chat with band members after shows to ask them questions or just have a random conversation.

Love to see you interact with your fans Frank! :)

Cheers, Vincent.

Frank operates a very strict 'no talking to the artist' policy. If you go within 10 feet of him or a band member after a show then you'll likely get tasered by one of his many burly security detail (one of whom is rumoured to be romantically involved with Matt Nasir).

Plus if you did want to talk to Frank, he charges £1,000 per word spoken, £5,000 for an autograph and £10,000 for a photo. I accidentally stood within 12ft of him once and he charged me £600 for the privilege. I tried to beg him to not make me pay him but he wouldn't reason with me and I was unable to pay that month's rent and bills and got made homeless. But he didn't care at all.

Yeah. He is a right old bastard. And you should tell him so. Just hang around outside the stage door after the show and wait for the beardy fucker to come out - then let him have it.

My four year old saw him outside a venue, and you know kids: Talk, talk, talk! College fund: DEPLETED. We've made her start babysitting 2 and 3 year olds to pay us back.

The entire front row was bankrupted at the last show I was at. Security refused to move the barricades back. He just laughed at our pain.

But seriously, folks. Stick around after the show and you'll have a chance to meet Frank. He's happy to talk to everyone who wants to. He was out there for at least an hour in Poughkeepsie, even though he looked tired enough to collapse. Give yourself a break when it's like that and you're jetlagged, Frank. People would have understood if you had put a stop to that much sooner.

He is a dreadful person, and if he wasn't the father of my children then I would have nothing to do with him. The fucker got me pregnant and ran out on me. I am taking him through the courts right now to get some kind of child care off of him.

I would do, but I once looked directly at Ben and he took my soul. It sent me into a deep sleep for 100 years until Frank decided to use my soul as a voodoo doll and stuck pins in me and it woke me up.

That's how the Sleeping Souls got their name. Terrible bunch of bastards.

I have a photo with him as my facebook profile picture, costs £50 a day and I personally have to cut Franks lawn once a month - with nail scissors! But I guess it's worth it, kinda..

Am I just exceptionally awkward but I've never really found any rapport post gig? He seems a nice enough chap but I don't really get what you chat about beyond cool gig, nice music? Kinda feel guilty that there's some sort of obligation to interact. We've all sort of shared experiences but we're still strangers, unless it's a mutual thing to move beyond that what's the point? It's almost like a very brief speed escort.

Perhaps it's the height. I'm not a tall chap. Can't hear what's said. Which now that I think about it I have found Matt very personable.

Matt is more your size... I remember meeting Frank once when he was high fiving everyone, he had to crouch for me as there was no way I could reach his hand :-/
