Sandbag vs Amazon

Post by richardp08 » Mon Mar 25, 2013 2:45 pm

Just wondering how much difference (if anything) it makes to what you receive for album sales depending on whether we buy the album from Sandbag or other online retailers, such as Amazon (irrespective of what your opinion may be of them regarding their tax policies).

For example: the deluxe version of the new album on Sandbag is £12.99 plus £2.19 postage for a total of £15.18. The same item on Amazon is £11.99 (free postage), a saving of over £3.

I'm a regular CD buyer, so that makes quite a difference to where I chose to buy my products, but does it make much difference to what you receive per item?

It makes a tiny, tiny difference somewhere down the line. Personally I feel that as long as you are actually buying it, my preference is for you to choose whatever's easiest for you.
