The infamous (A# ?!?) Chord on Vital Signs?

well, no, i don't, hence me calling it that. But it's written out at the bottom in a chord box.

I saw that. I play it (with the correct tuning) and it just doesn't sound right :(

just spotted the mistake. the note on the bottom e is 6th fret, on up from there.

According to this chord namer (revision pushes me to desperate procrastination), it's
F#M7add4/A#
if we take into account the correction with the bottom E to the 6th fret (i.e. to A# rather than to F on the original tab).

I'm confused. Are we talking high e string here or low e, and if it's the low e does the whole shape gets shifted up or just the one note? I can't get it to sound right.
