Banquet Records delivered :) .

Amazon however, failed on the EKMB and City and Colour's new album! Dickheads; I will now always be spending a bit of extra money to actually get a decent service from Banquet Record instead.

fthc twitter: "Looks like the Deluxe Edition of #englandkeepmybones is going to sell out and be deleted on the day of release - madness!"

Yeah i have a standard copy at home awaiting my return, but saw that and promptly bought the deluxe. Superb marketing.

Cheers for posting that up. Searches for credit card ... the one that's a second card on the wife's account. I'll explain later when she gets home from work. :?

Listening to my 12 song version on repeat at the moment. A cracking set of tunes that don't flow really, but benefit from it in my opinion. I can understand why people are posting up so many different songs as their favourites. I'm so undecided at the moment, but Redemption maybe?? I know it'll keep changing the more I listen to the album. The same thing happened with LIS.

Fuck. My Amazon payment was declined.. I think I'm about £2 short on my card. I was under the impression that they took the money when I first preordered it. Now I could end up without the signed copy.

I'd agree there's a lack of flow... Not that it's disjointed, just more like 12 solid blasts of quality after another.

Like picking at some Michelin-star buffet rather than a 3-course pub dinner.

Post seems to arrive and there was no CD for me. I went to ASDA earlier and was very tempted to buy an extra copy, but decided to resist.

That summed it up much better than I could have!!! On the first few listens I'm deifinitely hearing 12 really well written songs coming out of my speakers rather than an album as a whole. POTD passed me by a little in places when listened through beginning to end. This album is grabbing my attention with every tune.

When I cant afford to eat at the end of the month I'll probably wish I'd had the same restraint...

Just spent a couple of hours driving through the beautiful English countryside n the sun listening to EKMB. Shit, its pretty awesome. I mean, I never thought it wouldnt be but actually listening to the whole thing, rather than the dodgy stream makes a massive difference.

I've been waiting so long for this album & I'm so glad to say it's lived up to my expectations completley. Just came in from work & sat down for my first full listen of everything & I love it. Oh & I'm not sure if the deluxe edition has different packaging but either way its a great looking little "book". Yet another collection of musical greatness, hats off to you sir!

I got mine from Amazon today.

I bloody love the case! (Apart from the leather... but I'll let it slide for Frank)

Just waiting on my green vinyl from banquet now :D And the poster and tote bag they're giving away to people who ordered it.

Did I mention that the album itself is awesome too? I've had to keep making excuses to nip out of work to listen to a song or two.

I haven't got the CD from banquet records yet, I pre-ordered this in like March or February :(

Edit: also anyone know how to get the album order for the free tote bag and poster? can't find it...

having heard the album, i'm most in love with the bonus tracks. Particularly Balthazar.

I'm also loving Frank's notes on the lyric sheets.

great package.
Listen, do you smell something?
