Joni Mitchell - Hejira

Not so much a question as a recommendation. You mentioned on the No Man's Land listening party chat that you weren't familiar with Joni Mitchell's song Amelia, after mentioning that you had tried to write a song about Amelia Earhart for the album. Joni's song is arguably as much about herself as it is about Earhart, so perhaps not as historically focused as the songs on No Man's Land - but a great song all the same.

I'd highly recommend both the song and the album it comes from, Hejira, which is one of Joni's best. The album is themed around travel and the 'refuge of the road', which is very 'you' - I had assumed for some time that it might have influenced your writing!
