So the bare bones of my situation is, I preordered the songbook deluxe box set and never received it and also never received a refund. I guess my question is... has this happened to anyone else? I do have all emails and pertinent information regarding this issue. I also preordered “be more kind” and now I’m nervous that the same thing will happen. Any insight from anyone would be helpful.

On a happier note, I am sincerely enjoying the new stuff. Haven’t been this excited for a new record since the last one!
