Hey Frank!

What are your thoughts on John K. Samson's new album? A stream can be heard here: http://exclaim.ca/music/article/stream_ ... nter_wheat

My first impression of this album is, "Totally outstanding front to back".

Cheers!

My plan for the day is to listen to this and deal with my hangover.
Shows? All of em.

I've had this on repeat all weekend - breathtakingly good.

I'm such a sucker for a great lyric. Who couldn't love "I paw at the synapses, bright bits of string" or "I want you to take your time to disappear" . . . ? And the line, "I believe in you and your PowerPoint" resonates with me far more than I might want it to (curse my stupid job).

I'm secretly hoping Frank might kidnap John K on their California dates and bring him back to the UK for a stint. Although it might make my head explode if it ever happened.
