it's already announced on twitter etc that there will be a big UK tour in November, however the exact dates and places are not announced yet. Probably soon after reading/leeds fest.. so stay tuned I would say ;)
Upcoming shows: Toronto, (Sept 20) , Montréal (Sept 22), Ottawa (Sept 24) Kingston (Sept 25), Antwerp (Oct 19) & Tilburg (Oct 20, my hometown!)

These things are always announced after festival season, as there is promoter embargoes in place.
Beverley, Birmingham, Blackheath, Boston, Cheltenham, Dublin, Donington, Guildford, Hatfield, Hoboken, Knebworth, Latitude, Leamington Spa, London, Manchester, New York, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, Sayreville, Sheffield, Southend, Wembley, Wolverhampton.

He also mentioned another US leg in January/February of 17 during the last few Flogging Molly shows. Said he would be back in the NE for shows.
