Now booking, 2015! Very pleased to announce that my first show of the new year will be part of Independent Music Week.

On January 28, 2015 I'll be headlining Manchester's Night & Day, then on January 29 I'll be in London to headline a gig at 93 Feet East in a pair of shows curated by myself and the fine folk of Xtra Mile Recordings.

Tickets for both shows will go on sale on Thurs, Nov 27th.

Night & Day: http://www.skiddle.com/e/12283004
93 Feet East: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/299497

Sorry, but the shows are 18+ only.

I'll be trying for tickets for Manchester probably. These gigs fall in the same week as my birthday so I'd love to go to either one of them.

I had a look which venues in the East Midlands are part of Independent Venue Week since:
Independent Venue Week is a 7 day celebration of small music venues around the UK and a nod to the people that run them, week in, week out
Only to be rather miffed when I saw that the venue in Nottingham is Glee Club, a fucking comedy club which puts the occasional gig on and also has venues in Birmingham and Oxford. That doesn't really seem to be in the spirit of IVW at all.

But it is still an independent venue. Perhaps others did not wish to take part?

Might try for Manchester myself, only a short plane hop and would make up for not being able to go to Hereford...

I really want to go to London but I know I'm teaching all day on Thursday, if anyone could snag me a ticket I would gladly repay and buy some beers.

I managed to get 1 - Sorry Addis - I could not get two.

I put two in quantity - it said 'we do not have this many tickets avaialble' so changed it to 1 and managed to get one.

I know a lot of people are moaning about not being able to get tickets - but remember - a lot of people also did and are happy about that.

Yes, I managed to get 2 for London despite the website falling over but it seemed to sell out in 30 seconds or so.

Didn't get any tickets, but there was only a infinitesimal chance I would have got some anyway. Kudos to anyone who did, you pressed F5 at the right time. 8-)

Protip for everyone else: if you want to see frank in a small venue, travel abroad. You can still get tickets on the door on the night for 400 cap venues in some places outside the UK.
