I'd like to go as besides Frank, I really like Catfish and The Bottlemen and To Kill A King are quite good too (the others are bar trips). I can't go because I'd never get the time off work.

I'll hopefully go if there are still tickets nearer the time.

Ugh, I have just been looking at that, wondering if there was anyway in the world I could persuade my hubby to take me, I think it might be a bit too difficult for me to manage, even if I booked a minibreak. Alas.

The last time he played this thing it was on New Year's Eve and it was a horrendous affair - drunken pricks throwing their drinks around, vomit in every corner, big groups of "lads" acting the cunt...we all elected to spend the strike of midnight in a taxi rather than stay there.

This should hopefully be infinitely better

Agreed, which is why I choose not to go out on New Years Eve, and why I am not put off attending this show. I am quite looking forward to it as it goes.

I just need to convince the other half that it's a good idea for me to go along.

I'd love to go, but budgeting a London trip right before Christmas isn't likely unfortunately.
