My car has now gone tits up so if I can't fix then there will be 2 spares available. I have to let the e-ticket issuer know the new name by 3pm tomorrow.
Would love to be on standby for two tickets! :D

Setlist is 100% right, apart from a brief snatch of Slayer's "Raining Blood" in the first encore.

After 23 years, and over 900 gigs as a punter, tonights gig has entered my top 10. Lots of usual lyrical changes to reference Tunbridge Wells, a predictable and wonderful line about toilets - the Forum being converted from a public toilet to a gig venue. I've never seen The Forum so busy. Ever.

Gotta say - Frank was really on form with the in song banter last night .... but not as much as (cant remember his name) the guy who booked the gig ..... the 'and i have to pay to see you' line was brilliant :)

When Pulp were around - I used to prefer the things Jarvis said to the actual songs and it's becoming like that at Frank gigs.

Chris Pritchard was the 'can't remember his name' man.
Here's that very comment in context: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iFxbcQWDn8
I have the last 20 minutes on video and was going to post it but don't want to kill the Kylie story before he gets the chance to tell it to other audiences. Instead, here's some photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jacquisadler/8372050804

Exactly. Some things should be left unrecorded, or at least unposted so they're fresh for gigs. Of course, if you just go to too many Frank gigs then you have a duty to take him out, get him drunk, and create fresh anecdotes. The Kylie story took up most of that 20 minutes of video, which is fine the first time, but I'm sure it would quickly become as annoying as a Zestify Country Music CD Compilation advert... and you can't nip out, put the kettle on and make a cup of tea if you've heard it before. Luckily for me, I've somehow not seen Frank for over a year so the story was new to me. When half the crowd start shouting out the punchline at the start of the story, he'll know it's time to shelve that one. He's a wise man. Great gig though. I love The Forum team.

Ha, you rotten sod. I thought the Jimmy Savile suggestion from the audience was good... but I'd hate to see Frank do a Jimmy Savile cover.

About a decade ago, I saw Miles Hunt (of The Wonder Stuff) on his never-ending solo acoustic tour (now in its 14th year!).... I saw him so much I timed one of his between song stories. It was - I kid not - 18 minutes long.
