A very frustrating experience, tickets in basket and going through the payment process only to be blown out at the end.

Annoyingly I assumed that once they were in my basket they were effectively held whilst I paid, but it seems not

If anyone has any spare I'll gladly take them, as it's about as local as it gets for me

cheers

I'm one of the lucky few that managed to get tickets to this show for myself and the missus who has just been struck down with flu. Having not been to this venue before I thought I'd google it and see if it was worth the 200mile round trip on my own. I came across this article that convinced me it is indeed worth the effort:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2012/no ... ge-feature

So to anyone going it would seem that it is our duty to drink the bar dry to ensure they can carry on doing what they do... shame I'll be driving home after though.

Incidentally, hopefully she will make a drastic recovery but if not I will be selling the wife's ticket on Thursday so watch this space...

Thanks for the link to that article, really decent read.

I hope your wife recovers, but if she doesn't I'll happily take the ticket off your hand. Me and the missus are going, but would like to take her little sister along as well.

Is there anyone out there wants to be on standby for 2 tickets face value as a pair but will not know until 2pm tomorrow ?

My car has now gone tits up so if I can't fix then there will be 2 spares available. I have to let the e-ticket issuer know the new name by 3pm tomorrow.
