FINALLY nailed down all the planning details, and got tickets for Bonnaroo. So in addition to Frank, there are awesome acts including Gaslight Anthem, Of Monsters and Men, Mumford and Sons, Twenty-one Pilots, Tom Petty and Paul McCartney.......

And I forgot Fallout Boy in Miami in June.
shows? 90 so far...

I'm filming various bands at Threshold Fest this weekend in Liverpool. Well worth coming along to if you are nearby as it has some cracking acts like Beans on Toast, Robert Vincent, Thom Morecroft as well as others. Oh and Kalandra, my new favourite band!

I'm going to Gaz Coombes in Gloucester on Friday. Then, as it is Record Store Day on Saturday, I'm going to spend the day rushing between shops in Cheltenham and Gloucester to catch as many as the live instores as possible. Not been able to do that for a few years because of football commitments, so looking forward to it!

I'm thinking of heading to 2000 trees this year as Frank is headlining and there are plenty of other bands I like playing such as InMe, The Xcerts and FFAF is anybody else going? has anybody been before and if so is it a decent experience?

A lot of people on here are going and have been before. If you want a recommendation for this festival then you've come to the right place.

I am so reassured by what people have told me, and how lovely everyone is, that I'm going for the first time this year - despite not being able to walk very well. Do it! I absolutely cannot wait.

It's the best festival you will ever go to, however it does ruin every other festival you might want to go to because you walk about thinking 'this was better at 2000 Trees'.
