Talk about upcoming shows, discuss shows that have happened, this isn't rocket science you know
Admittedly the crowd weren't brilliant, although in Cory's case I think people were just captivated by his stage presence and being really quiet and attentive. Once Chuck hit the stage for his set most people had had a few drinks and were up for dancing and singing a bit more. My mates and I had a 'can-can' style drunken dance going on which seemed to catch on a bit at the end.Dougie wrote:ah man really? I headed out 5 mins or so after to grab some food, came back & everyone seemed gone. Balls.
The performances onstage were incredible but the crowd real stale for me. Cory Branan's face / shrug when he tore into 'A Girl Named GO' at his set end said it all...
Crowd at the Newcastle show was pathetically small. I thought last years' show was better - wasn't really a fan of Jay Malinowski or Cory Branan. I enjoyed Rocky Votolato though - bought two of his albums at the gig - and Emily Barker, and o course Chuck.

I went to Leeds. It was my first Revival Tour and I loved it! What an amazing set up. I was already a Chuck Ragan fan; and he only played a couple of songs I knew, & it was still amazing. Need to invest in some new CDs....
