Hey, what would be the best time to start queuing? I thought I'd be there around 3pm...

Does anyone have an idea of what drinks prices are like at Wembley arena? At Wembley stadium last year I was paying £4 for a bottle of carlsberg, not cool!

Having a few drinks after the gig, and then heading straight to Kings Cross for the first train back will not only save me a small fortune on a hotel, but also the hassle that comes with the London underground. Just thought I'd see if anyone else was as stupid as me, any fancied a travelling buddy. =P
I wont be staying over night but I'm getting the last train (I hope) back from Liverpool Street.
Lincoln boy, so doing that would mean a thirty minute dash to the station, followed by a 7 hour train journey. =P

edit; turns out that there's hostels by KingsX that are much cheaper than anything near Wembley. Think I might spend some beer money on a couple of hours kip, haha.

Anyone know the best way for getting back to Kings Cross late at night? Assume the underground would be a no-go when it's approaching/gone midnight, and taxis would be majorly expensive.

Nah, you'll be fine with the tube as they run up until/just after midnight. The only thing to watch out for will be the inevitable clusterfuck that will be all stations in the vicinity of Wembley arena following the show.

Aye, mate of mine just said the same thing. Have done a couple of London gigs though, so hopefully it'll be no worse than usual.

Just gotta decide whether I should go straight for the pubs, or risk being sat on my own by Kings Cross, haha.

New blog: http://frank-turner.com/blog/2012/04/fi ... ey-update/

Good to see Emily Barker in the background of the new video - that means the Red Clay Halo must be helping out on strings, which I thought worked really well on the last tour.

It also never really occurred to me until quite recently that Frank usually meets his fans after every show - quite a few missed opportunities for me, I feel!

I'm sure when i checked the car park prices last week it was £12, just checked again and it's £14. I bet it's something to do with the FA Cup semis over the weekend. It'll probably be £16 by the time we get there!

Just read this on the Wembley website, I think they know Frank's audience:

"Special Promotion for Frank Turner Show - Jack Daniels why not double up for an extra £1"

Yet they don't say the price of a single... hmmm

Just at the front waiting for FT-and wondering whether my son is too young for me to paint a 'fucking with your parents makes you grow up big and strong' mural on his wall.
