I've ordered a couple of spares, with the intention of converting some more friends to frank. Can reserve one for you in the event you don't manage to get a ticket of your own, if you'd like?

What's up? Does frank not respond to your texts begging for guest list any more? :)

Hmmm, pretty confident I've never text Frank begging for guest list before... but fair enough, sure I can sort myself out.

I have had an unreasonable number of people fail to pick up my deadpan online lately -- I must be typing things wrong.

I'm confident that you and Rags can acquire the tickets you need in the main sale tomorrow morning, or elsewhere. If it comes to it, though, I'll happily rescue a ticketless established forumer over trying to recruit a new person to the church of frank. But I'd quite like to recruit a new person to the church of frank. For where two or three are gathered in his name, he is in the midst of them. Blanking me.

Texted, past tense.

Texted, past tense.
Text is the past tense of text. I am *almost* certain.

*SIGNIFICANT POST ALERT*

I always use text for the past tense, texted sounds silly.

*GO BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS*
Oh, how can, how can you ask me again?
It only brings me sorrow.
The same thing I want from you today,
I would want again tomorrow.

Who is the alterative nellied? I hate them all! Ticketmaster, tends to on the whole charge more and over the years I've had more issues with them than SEE (not that they are much better). And they do all seem to have got worse too.

I remember on one occasion a few years ago phoning up seetickets with a problem, only to be told there was no customer service department as if they had one, it would be bombarded by complaints! (Yes I'm serious). In the end, I managed after about 4 phone calls and much harassing, to get through to, you've guessed it - customer service or at least someone whose responsibility was customer service!

At least gigsandtours seem to now have sorted out the website. Idiots.

Re: Past tense of text

Almost certainly 'texted'.

Or avoid any confusion and say 'sent a text to'

Do you pronounce that "TexTed" or "Texxed"?

So i've just this second emailed See Tickets about my London ticket. Just glad that my Birmingham ticket wasn't ordered with them, as they never seem to be able to do anything right. Lets hope i can get a refund on it, if not i have a spare ticket.
