Awesome.
Bridge and Tunnel are indeed awesome. I saw them in Glasgow last year and they were dead good.

Finally saw Frightened Rabbit last night in DC at a sold-out Black Cat and they were on fire. I was pleasantly surprised at the turn-out and the fact that everyone seemed to be singing along. Some people on Twitter were saying the sound was bad, but it was fine where I was standing, which was near the front, but not at the barrier. Maybe I'm comparing it to the utterly dismal sound situation of the BRMC show last month (different club.) I thought they were on top form and seemed to be having fun up there.

Since it's apparently rabbit season, I'll be seeing Echo and the Bunnymen at the same club on Friday.

I hope they are better than when I saw them after Frank at the Winter Wonderland thing.

I saw BRMC a couple of weeks ago. It was a good gig, made better by one of the band coming out with an acoustic guitar to play to the queue as we were delayed getting into the venue cos they had problems.

I'm really loving The Futureheads right now. Saw them last night in Nottingham and today at Crash Records in Leeds. At Crash, they just had the one guitar and they were singing without a PA. It was fantastic.

Saw The King Blues the other night at Shepherds Bush. Was unaware Fruitbag had left. Was also unaware that the rest of the band had left aside from Itch and Jamie. While the evening started well with a speech from the Love Music Hate Racism organiser as well as one from the mother of Sophie Lancaster I really wasn't into any of the 4 new songs they played and the whole light show seemed really out of place for The King Blues, or maybe I'm just really behind the times and they are a lot bigger than I had let myself believe. Either way, looks like I'll be downloading the new album before buying it.

Jesus...are they still going? They did an instore at Tower when their first album came out. Biggest arseholes going. The keyboard player got nicked for shoplifting. Their audience were absolute cocks too. And they were shit.

There is never a need to construct an argument when your point is based around fact.

Pete's explanation of when the need to construct an argument is present = cock.
