A few to look forward to in Feb too, The Hold Steady and Get Cape (Manc and pool respectively) should be ace gigs.

Some of those bands at ATP are pretty obvious for a 'Splosions curated festival, but on the other hand, The Paper Chase are incredible all by themselves.

on a related note, anyone going to the explosions gigs this month? Manchester on the 29th for me-cannot wait!

Yeah, i'm going to the Manc one then going down to London the next day to meet my mate and see them again there! Can't wait.

And that ATP one - i'm particularly looking forward to Dinosaur Jr. and The National. Their new albums are excellent.

the guy on before jay was wicked, jay was wicked, on really good form ... i did not watch the other chap or lukekook.

i thought it was funny that beans played his song about rich posh musician kids...such as luke prichard. made me laugh but i think most of the crowd were there for the kooks.
