Your recommendations were spot on. Have now downloaded PJ Bond's music. He actually had Arliss Nancy playing with him as a backup band. Then they followed. Loved them, too. One of my favorite sets. Also, Mark McCabe sang songs from his upcoming record that were great. Thanks, great advice.

Glad you enjoyed them, keep an eye on Addistock over December I think you might like a few of the sessions we have coming up

. I really do wish I could see PJ more often, the guys amazing.
Did a great big troll through Addistock last night and man I didn't realise the fantastic stuff that's there.
The Oxygen Thief one is my favourite so far. But if your wink means what I think it means I might get a new fav.

Two fantastic gigs, two nights in a row (weirdly both gigs had tea towels for sale on the merch stall). Last night was Frightened Rabbit in Sheffield who were fab, especially when Scott did a song completely unplugged.
Public Service Broadcasting in Nottingham tonight. They are fantastic, not the type of music I listen to often. There was so much to watch, what with the multi-instrumentalist/technology guy and then the tv screens showing old clips and some of the band (I tweeted/Instagrammed a couple of photos if you wanna see what I mean). Plus any band that comes onstage to the sound of air raid sirens and leaves to the theme tune to Last Of The Summer Wine are worth checking out in my book!

Amanda and Jason went to a museum in Bristol that had some Mummified Cats. She told us about them in the lead up to a previous song and then a various points in the night the subject kept cropping up

OWTH was fantastic. Really quite seriously fantastic in a really small room. Loved it. Singalongs and all, except I was too stuffed up to sing! I was dog sick. I skipped out on Snuff which I had been looking forward to, mostly because I wanted to crawl up in a corner and sleep.
Jugheads Revenge opened, which was really very good as well.
My kid's first punk show. I'm so proud.

Saw Dave Hause and Northcote yesterday in Hamburg.
It was fun. But I don't know why I always stand behind very talkaktive girls. Or beside lovesick girls. If I try to avoid the blabbermouth I'll end up with the 'I love the singer, isn't he a .... .' girl
The music was very good and they were happy, because it was the biggest sold out venue on tour.

I don't know why people go to gigs and talk full stop. You've paid for a ticket so listen to the music!!!

Ask them if they are the headline act??
ALWAYS works and always get a defuddled look followed by erm...no....which you can always follow up with well shut the fuck up then because I travelled and paid good money to see 'x'
In my case usually results in them scuttling off to another area to continue their conversation...ignorant cunts!!!
Needless to say one of my pet hates

Oh god, I hate this. I hate it so much. I hate it with the fire of 1000 suns. Talkative at shows - complete with high pitched giggling - sucks, but the lovestruck idiots make me want to brain them wherever I find them. At shows, on social media, in real life, everywhere. GAH! My blood pressure just went through the roof thinking about it.
