Only one I've got planned is Hell is For Heroes (Hundred Reasons headlining) in November.

Want to go to a Frank gig but need to look into travel etc.

I wish to be able to take part and join and take part on the gigs just like that. Hopefully, there will be more things that could run and be able to accomplish things to go simply.

I have taken part in quite a number of other gigs and there really are a great number of things that you can do with it.

Tomorrow I am off to Mallory Park for Triumph Live. A day combining motorbikes and music, should be interesting.

Really enjoyed my day at Triumph Live. It is quite odd going to a gig where the Wall of Death involves motorbikes instead of people running at each other.

My life has been full of gigs as of recent but I think last night deserves a mention as I was at the penultimate Dawn Chorus show. It was fantastic, a damn shame they are splitting up. If you are at Southsea Fest you should def go and see them and give them the send off they deserve.

I saw Justin Townes Earle at Whelans last night and he was amazing. I reckon he is the only case of a son of a famous father where I think the son is even more talented than the father. Justin mentioned that his band had flown back that morning. Seems Ireland gets all the solo gigs, which is absolutely fine. There was a large and sometimes noisy crowd. I loved the way he dealt with it: "That clappin' is fucking with mah head, guys".
Last time I saw Justin play Whelans he finished with a Springsteen cover. This time it was Townes Van Zandt ('Rex's blues'). The man can do no wrong! It was a special moment for me as I was lucky enough to see Townes himself in Whelans twice back in the nineties.

I've got Vision of Disorder with Earthtone9 supporting next Friday, and both Chris T-T and Torche on Sunday the 16th. Couldn't be happier about it.

Saw Patti Smith the other night, was excellent. Megson next Saturday, slash next month, Carter USM, FT and Revival tour in November, and Steve Vai and war of the worlds in December. Loads more coming up that I want to go to but haven't got tickets for yet - Kate Rusby, Lancashire hotpots, Peter's going to be an amazing few months for gigs!

Saw Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at Cardiff on Sunday. It was pretty packed & pretty good, but not up to the atmosphere at Manchester in February. Nice that he played a new song 'Frequency' though.

Here's my short vid of 'D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?'

Amy worked in a bar in Exeter, Springsteen came clear in my headphones - Frank, did you write these lyrics for me?

Hello, if anybody is still planning to buy tickets for the Revival Tour in London but hasn't yet done so, would you please take my pair off my hands! I'm now going on holiday in October so will miss it (which I'm gutted about, but priorities and all that).

I will obviously cut a deal to ensure that you pay significantly below what you would pay to buy online. I already have the tickets in hand so they can be posted straight away too! Happy to provide pictures or any other proof you feel necessary. Please, please let me know if you're interested.

Went to see Dave Hause and Social Distortion in Dublin last month. Great to finally see Social D, but awesome to see Dave again, too! Not always a lot of exciting stuff coming to Ireland, so that and the upcoming Frank gigs are awesome to have! As a Connecticut transplant, I miss going to shows! I wrote a little something about Dave on my site:
