Quick question re: 'bootlegs' (live recordings)

Hey kids.

Just a quick check: I know it was cool in the past, but are we still cool to share live recordings around these parts?

Cheers, all x

I believe the rule is that as long as they are free and don't have unreleased stuff, then you're good to go.

Someone might correct me.

Sweet! Cheers for that.

Happy to take down if deemed inappropriate, but I'm just tweaking a recording of the Garage show last night and it was a belter. Will hopefully get it online this evening

Working on it. Just trying to nail the 'mastering' and then I need to quickly chop it into seperate tracks - recorded at a decent quality so at the mo it's too big to upload (3.5gb) - will put it on my soundcloud page (https://soundcloud.com/liverecordings-1) and stick up some mp3s if y'all want 'em x

Epic, given you a soundcloud follow and will give them a listen when you put them up. Nice to have a recording of the best gig I've ever been to, appreciate it!

Hmph. Soundcloud keeps crapping out so I'll try again in the morning...

In the meantime, have some mp3s FOR YOUR EARS TO LISTEN TO x

I'm liking these - I can play them on my Sonos set up via Soundcloud. It's great to have live sets blasting around the whole house.

This is awesome. I put it on my portable stero the other day so I keep sitting on the train with the biggest smile on my face because the crowd is simply amazing.
Thank you so much. :]
