The BBC license the track to be used by other labels so I imagine it will be on there. BBC will (probably) make money from it so it's in their interest.
Cool. I love the cover but not paying £12 for it!

Frank was a teaser last night after the Exeter gig, when he told me (a Springsteen fan) that there's a second official Bruce cover gonna be on the 3rd Three Years, and then wouln't reveal which one, lol

Speculation on the facebook page 'Frank Turner Army' is that it might be 'Born To Run' from the Stone Pony gig.

I honestly can't reveal because Frank wouldn't say, although he did give me permission to post this information, lol

So do we all agree it's Born To Run, or is he gonna hit us Bruce fans with a bigger surprise?

On a side note, Frank was an absolute legend afterwards, signing and having fan specific interaction with fans on an individual basis, for example he remembered the Top 10 project I started on here, and my username 'Bossman', spoke on the phone to a friend of a girl in front of me who'd given her the show ticket cos she couldn't make it, and many similar contacts. He stayed for well over half an hour before my daughter & I left and probably the same again judging by the numbers waiting.

I've said before, but that personal touch marks him out as a real gentleman, as well as a great performer and artist as far as I'm concerned. I realise it's what you'd expect of any person but there are any number of 'stars' who don't live up to expectations.

Amy worked in a bar in Exeter, Springsteen came clear in my headphones - Frank, did you write these lyrics for me?

'Born to run' would be great. If I could have my own wish for this new compilation it would be the duo version of 'Waterloo sunset' though.

Quite pleased with that track listing. As someone who has bought all the eps, singles, bonus tracks etc.. it's nice to see a lot of songs I don't already own on there.

I wonder what versions of Plain Sailing Weather, Tell Tale Signs, Way I Tend To Be and Ballad it is that's on there.

Pretty sure it's the live piano version of Ballad. And the other's are (I THINK) radio sessions of some sort, presumably with just Frank and Matt. But don't quote me on that.

The one I am most excited about is Something Of Freedom, which has been knocking about for a few years as a demo. I pretty much begged him to do so in the past, and re-lodged my request for this compilation, but he has never really been keen on doing so for a number of reasons. So I can't actually believe he is finally releasing it. To my ears, it's an absolute belter.

There was an iTunes session a while back with some alternate versions of Tell Tale Signs and The Way I Tend To Be on it (also had Live and Let Die on it) so I'd assume they'd be from that
