Right now for me it's pretty much the entirety of Frightened Rabbit's second album, Midnight Organ Flight. If I had to pick one track, it'd have to be 'Poke'.

Frank-wise, I Am Disappeared. Decent Cup Of Tea as-well.

Newest addition to my list: "The Way I Tend to Be", performed by Frank last night in LA...

Frank, stop reading my fucking mind! Your lyrics kill me. I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorites, though.

This could be a very long list for me as anguished songs are generally my favorite type of songs and I've amassed a pretty great collection of them over the years. The sad ones help me the most in my life, I think.
Top 5:
Unintended - Muse
Hyper Chondriac Music - Muse
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
The Scientist - Coldplay
A Bad Dream - Keane
Others:
Citizen Erased, Escape, Exogenesis Symphony, Falling Away With You, Shine and a few others by Muse
Wish You Were Here, Don't Leave Me Now, A Great Day For Freedom, Mother, etc. by Pink Floyd
Jet Lag, Must Try Harder, Tell-Tale Signs, Journey of the Magi by Frank
Love Is The End, Strangeland, Bedshaped, Perfect Symmetry by Keane
Trouble, Gravity (hard-to-find B-side ... one of the saddest things I've ever heard), The Hardest Part, Moving to Mars by Coldplay
Goodbye My Lover, Tears and Rain by James Blunt
Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley
Hate Me by Blue October
Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead
Tomaso Albinoni's Adagio in G Minor
Henry the Van by Danny and the Champion of the World (discovered thanks to Frank)
EDIT: HAVE to add Right Where It Belongs by Nine Inch Nails!

I'll just stop there before this turns into a novel ...
