Didn't you do a song at Lexapalooza 2008 about Frank not writing songs about you?

I may have got that wrong, that was a long time ago and I was drunk.

Yes, I did. Still reckon it is the best introduction he's ever had.
The lyrics were:
"What a fucking cunt, what a fucking cunt, he never wrote a song about meeeeeeee...
What a fucking cunt, what a fucking cunt, I've had him round for tea...EVERYBODY!!
What a fucking cunt, what a fucking cunt, he never wrote a song about meeeeeeee...
What a fucking cunt, what a fucking cunt, I SPIKED HIS DRINK WITH PEEEEEEEEEE"

Good times.

That doesn't sound fair, you write a song about him and he doesn't return the favour...
He even wrote a song about a guy named steve he didn't know.
He should write and perform a song about you at Wembley! :D

Very Fat Mike of you with the pee spiking :)
I'd rather be the one who loves than to be loved and never even know.

But I seeing as I was introduced to his music live, the dissapointment came from the album not living up to that performance.

I agree to an extent - I bought it at the Middlesbrough gig on that tour and did feel that he was better live than on record. It's a good album though, and he gave me a free t-shirt for buying it. I wish I'd bought the softcore CD. Why did I not? Fuckwit. I did get Frank to sign my Real Damage EP though, and witness an awesome show, which is still in my top 3 Frank gigs.

He gave me a free t-shirt for selling his merch. If being nice was a neccessity for success, he'd be huge.

Figured I'd just piggyback on this thread as it's a question about an above mentioned song on this record...

Is Imperfect Tense played live anymore? I looked around YouTube but haven't seen anything recent. Though I am beyond stoked for the new songs.. there are some 'older' ones that I hope to be able to catch live sometime...
