I'm not. I therefore reserve the right to tell everyone I know how "the headliners are all terrible" and "Reading and Leeds have gone all commercial now, it's not the same", etc. :)

I'm not, on account of living off of £50 until mid September.

Bloody bastard student loan.

I had to pass on Reading/Leeds this time around and by the looks of the mud bogs, it was a wise choice.

I'm not. Never done a festival actually, aside from one day at Reading a few years back. Not my scene...grotty, smelly, camping, filth and surrounded by cunts.

with respect, you went to Reading...

...and all festivals have different vibes and atmospheres.

I believe there is one for everyone.

And I HATE camping.

i'm not there either. pretty sure i wouldn't have coped with camping in this weather... and i hate portaloos :(

only time i ever tried camping was at v festival a few years ago (before the lineups were crap obviously) and it was a bit of a disaster to put it mildly, so haven't tried again since then
Shows? nowhere near enough of 'em!

I'm not at Reading. Done it 9 times, gave up on it 2 years ago. Went to Beautiful Days this year, smaller festivals are the way forward,

Oh I just meant festivals in general aren't my scene. I can't be doing with camping, I don't like mud, I can't be doing without a shower, I can't be doing without a clean loo etc...

If I had the moolah I'd consider doing a festival and either hotelling it or staying in one of the sort of "upmarket" camping bits they have with teepees/yurts or whatever, with decent showers and loos and things. Otherwise, they're not for me.

Also I kinda just like gigs.

If it's any consolation, my train back from London today went through Reading. There were lots of very muddy people with rucksacks sat on the platform.

I can also claim to not be at, or indeed in, Leeds or Reading.

I am, however, back on the forum so HIYA!
