I'm heading up and down the motorway most weekends with the business, so made sense to get something slightly less rickitty than our old polo. Keeping the polo to head into town though, as it's all you really need in London.

It took me a full five minutes to work out what you were on about. But don't worry. There are more effective ways of measuring your success in life. Save that particular dream for when you spend a third of your week on the golf course, and you live in a house with a ten minute walk from the front gate to the front door.

All you really need in life is a brown Carhartt t-shirt, isn't it? I hope one day to achieve that level of success.
I fucking hate golf.

Don't knock the t-shirt, it's ace.

I went with a drug dealers car this time round, thought it'd be fun.
So you bought a white range rover sport with earth sized rims and blacked out windows?

Drug dealers only use those to take the kids to school in, not for day-to-day business.

Fucking hell. How well do you get on with them? I hope for your sake that the answer to that is 'pretty fucking well'.

In other 'in-law' type news, in just about two weeks time I'll be a married man. Fucking hell.

Yep. The last 12-15 months have been somewhat crazy but genuinely couldn't be any happier.

The funny thing is, I recently got turned down for a phone contract due to not being a permanent resident of 'Strayia.

Edit - obviously, the other funny thing is posting this in a thread called 'everything is shit'.

faaaaaaaaaaacking hell bodger. congratulations.

i may also need to have a whirlwind romance at some point relatively soon if the 'get married by 30' life plan is going to come to fruition. i turned 25 yesterday.

good job i'm off to thailand on monday, there will be no shortage of willing brides there.

Cheers greg. All feels very weird at the moment but i'm pretty 'stoked'.

I already knew your news Kenny so won't re-issue congratulations

To answer the question - we don't get on very well

To get back on track - I'm hideously hungover and want to go to sleep. Although on a positive, go to pick up my new beast this afternoon. Got to get from Hillingdon to Hammersmith without getting pulled over or crashing.
