On the other hand - on a 500gig hard disk I could hold all those games and never need to uninstall them.

Gah.

Decisions.
I find Steam tends to be fairly quick. I downloaded Red Faction: Guerilla (about 7gb) in just over an hour (maybe an hour and a half). I also left Saints Row 2 downloading overnight, so I wouldn't have to wait to download it the next day, which is always an easy option.

That said, the bright blue lights in my case were a bit bright. Although I guess they added a cosy atmosphere to the room.

It seems to be getting slated a fair bit, but I actually find Borderlands quite enjoyable.

Guess thats due to my love of fps games combined with being an ex-WoWer. Brings back old fuzzy feelings. Desperately needs a roll feature for looting when playing co-op online though.

From what I'd read it was getting great reviews. I rented it from work before release, loved it and bought it straight away. Pretty close to completing, then need to get me that zombie add-on pack.

i was gonna try and finish it in roughly the same time as MP1
but i forgot that it's about twice as long, and twice as difficult.

Sorry, I'm too busy playing Call Of Duty.

Only got it t'other day once my exam was done. Not bad so far but I'm really not that amazed by it so far. Seems to jump around a bit too much with the story so you can never quite remember who you're playing as (not exactly integral to this type of game admittedly).

Played the 'shocking' section the other day. It wasn't until today that it dawned on me that that was the controversial bit. Does that say something about me that I didn't find it that shocking?

Not really. Any of us folk who regularly use forums will have been completely densensitised by numerous shock sites. Oh, and Rick Astley.
