Yet still all reviewers appear to be giving rave reviews, no surprise there.

Will be abandoning the next two, although partially intrigued by the one he has apparently co-written with Konnie Huq, not at all self indulgent...

On a better note, Season 2 of Walking Dead has really picked up, although irritatingly gone into season break at the most inopportune moment.

Peter - sorry .. really not with it today ....

The last episode before the break was the best so far (apart from the opening one) .... bloody season breaks.

I enjoyed it but if it hadn't been for something completely implausible happening every couple of minutes it could have been so much better.

Why on earth would you run away from armed police for fuck sake.

Well, she did look Brazilian.

Well rather than Konnie Huq ruining an episode of Black Mirror, she apparently makes it really good instead.

I thought it was ok. Really nothing that special or ground breaking, more of the well trod bleak Orwellian-esque vision of the future. I did think the guy playing the main character was a great actor though.

Oh definitely, he could have renamed the episode Fahrenheit 451 really. I still enjoyed it though.

I've been watching Bored To Death recently. I love the 3 main actors so I have been enjoying it quite a bit. It's nothing groundbreaking but it's half an hour of fun. Ted Danson cracks me up.

Apart from that I'm just waiting for Grey's Anatomy to come back on.

And I'm going to razz through all of the Frozen Planets in one day of wonderous attenborough loveliness. Then maybe I'll write him another letter to tell him how awesome he is, because last time I did he totally wrote back. Booyeah.

YES. Bored To Death is a great. As you say, nothing particularly incredible but just a good fun watch. I'd recommend It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia too. It's different, but similarly it's just a fun 20 or so minutes viewing. Also it has Danny De Vito in it which is just infinite amounts of win.

I'm fully aware that I'm several years late with this, but I just started watching Big Bang Theory. Less than 15 minutes into the 1st episode the wife drew comparisons between me and Sheldon. I was unsure how to feel about this.
We're also watching Season 4 of Sons of Anarchy.

Anyone else watched This Is England '88? Quite safely the best thing on TV this year. Really really very good. Bleak, but brilliantly so.
