Hello all. I am Joe aka jingo5. What does the screen name mean you ask? I don't know. I just like the sound of it. I currently live in New Hampshire though I have lived all over the United States. I like making fat jokes, because they are especially funny coming from a fat guy. I have played guitar for some twenty years, and only last year discovered Frank Turner. It was completely accidental. My wife had left the England Keep My Bones CD in our car, and I gave it a listen. I haven't really gotten into any new music for quite some time, so it was quite the shock to discover that I really liked the album. Needless to say, I became an slut and bought all of the old CD's that I hadn't listened to.

I joined here a while back but forgot all my login details. I'm Jon or madasabox I answer to both. I found Frank by total accident in Gap, Belfast they were playing "I still believe" in shop. Instantly I wanted part of this, my daughter supplied the artist adding "I bloody told you that you would like Frank Turner" and now it begins. I've now bought everything back catalogue wise I could. I saw the last Belfast gig and tbh i knew then i was hooked.

I'm an old Northern Irish punk, but have mellowed. I mostly live in the past musically, The Clash etc.......but Stiff Little Fingers are my legends, the best ever, Wasted Life, Suspect Device, Alternative Ulster I've lived them all and will until my final breath.

Eulogy, Glory Hallelujah and Long Live the Queen are current favourites.

Hello Everyone :) I'm Josh from Maryland in the US. I've been listening to Frank since early 2009 when Love, Ire and Song blew me away on first listen. Some of my other favorite artists are The Gaslight Anthem, Propagandhi, Thrice, Against Me, Bad Religion, The Band and Bruce Springsteen. I just finished College and I'm hoping to move to the UK in a few years.

Hi, I'm Dave, 31 from Sheffield. Long time visitor here but only just registered.

Long time Frank fan, I stumbled across the Reasons to be an Idiot video as i was a big Reuben fan and nosied at it because of Jamie Lenman... from that I bought Love, Ire & Song and it was downhill from there! Interestingly (perhaps), I vaguely remember meeting Frank at a Reuben gig in Sheffield, when as far as I can recall, he ended up singing the screamy bit on stage with them on 'Alpha Signal Three'. A few people knew who he was at the time, I didn't! I vaguely remember talking to this skinny, scruffy, ponytailed fellow who then appeared on stage, as I say I didn't know who he was then.

Anyway, on a topical note, these days I write songs at home for fun, and Frank's influence is so much that a good chunk of my words are about my perception of music in general or often more specifically his music and words.

So that's me.
...about finding that trail that leads away from everyone.
