He found the ring, he's cool about it which is ace.

Other info includes him being in his thirties, inviting me to go to NY with him for free and me refusing because I barely know him. It's all fun though, we get on scarily well.

And no, he isn't a fuck buddy either.

Aaah so it's 'therapist'. Spambot? Can't they at least hire a person so that you can interact with them with hilarious results? :(

thats actually a bit odd - desperate even?

not in a mean way to you but i think it takes more than 3 months to realise you want to spend the rest of your life with someone ...

also unless you get proposed to in a zoo - its just not cool

The thread is old though, so I assume these people have lived long and happy lives since 2007. Even if you realise within the first few months you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, that's no excuse to get married. Besides most marriages I know of have ended in divorce, so why not just play it safe and live in sin for the next few decades?

I thought someone had 'hacked' my account until I realised that this was two years ago. I'm a dick.

I've never actually got marriage. Seems needless if you're not religious. I don't know much on the subjec though.
Sucks that marriage is part of the legal system.
