I am in Amsterdam for work, but mostly to see Butthole Surfers tonight. I left the house at 4:30, barely made my plane and didn't bring a fucking coat (it's raining). Good times

Barry, Thank you!
It's a little weird hearing the recorded versions of some of the songs as I'd gotten used to the live versions.
I'm still not sure when my copy will finally arrive.

It could be worse, certainly. I do have to work of course, but it's a different day to normal, which is nice. And obviously there is Amsterdam to enjoy in the evening. Had a good old sight see last night before Butthole Surfers, investigating an area I haven't really been to before. It really is a great city.

Quite pleased-got a 2.1 overall but got a 78 in my dissertation (third highest mark my law school gives) which is by far my highest mark

Good luck with the re-sits!
I have achilles tendonitis, have to take a rest from running. Bit gutted.
My brother just got a tattoo, looks mint. I want one, but know that I'd faint if I get one.

achilles tendonitis...sounds bad, though I don't have any clue what it is. Get well soon anyway!
I probably failed one exam and still have to finish a presentation for tomorrow while all my flatmates start flushing out all that unnecessary knowledge tonight. "Brain reset" they call it, and I won't even be able to take any pictures since my camera's broken. Pants x3.
