i saw someone in scarborough wearing the "i am the real frank turner" tshirt yesterday. considered shouting "hey frank" at him, then realised i would just seem like a twat.

There is a job going at The Sage (Newcastle's rip-off of the Sydney Opera House?) that involves twatting about with music software and talking to people about music in a library. Eight quid an hour. Please, pray for me so that I get it! :)

That sounds unbelievably fun for eight quid an hour!

Grab a random member of your audience, sample their voice, then mix it into Drum n' Bass like Bill Bailey does.

And was it that place on Derby Road, at Canning Circus? I've been past that place and thought "I should eat there one day" a million times.

I'm in the library and something smells awful. I hope it's not me. I had a shower this morning.

Update: I think it's the girl next to me. I hope she's doesn't glance over at this.

In the few years since I last wore my suits (I barely ever wore them to work once I'd got a bit of seniority. T-shirts and jeans all the way), I put on a bit of weight.

I have a job interview coming up in just over a week, so I thought I'd try them on again. I feared not being able to fit into them and having to purchase a new one.

Thankfully, in September I finished my job and became a student again, and I've actually lost all the weight I'd put on as a consequence. Suits fit perfectly.
