ha, I dont normally lie about my age, I just dont talk about it. Although, I think I should start telling people I'm in my 60's so they can tell me how great I look for being 60 :D

I just noticed the tag line for this site: where old punks go to die.

I never noticed that before.

Most people tell me I look younger. It's probably because you're so old and blind that you can't really see what I look like.

It used to be something like 'Where Frank is King' or similar. Changed relatively recently

I'm fed up with the quarter life crisis jokes, its like they actually want me to have a meltdown or something

21 onwards hasn't been half bad before that things were pretty shit.
thankfully noone can tell how much of an old hag I look as last time I checked I hadn't deteriorated quite to the point of being Ginger/white & furry. (unless they see my twitter).

I have a life outside of this place. I dont catch everything written. Or I'm just slow.
Now if I could track down the person who crashed their car into our home and gave false inormation to the police, I'd be happy.

I wont let my evil stepmonster's trial (started this week) dampen my spirits and SXSW. Time to drown myself in music and booze :)

I just wasted the past hour and half or so of my life watching the utterly vile, massive pile of vacuous crap that is 'Up!'. I can't believe Pixar churned out such a thing, it's fowler than the unwiped inner-ring of Satan's rectum! I'd rather drink stale urine from Gordon Brown's fetid arse-pit than sit through it again. Not pleased...

It's a Pixar film, so the standards are usually very high. Things like Toy Story and Finding Nemo were so successful because they were appealing to all ages, the kids, and the parents that took the kids to the cinema. So I therefore didn't treat it as a children's film, which is why I'm so disppointed about it. Though, in retrospect, I'm not as pissed off as I was when I wrote that rant, just got a bit caught up in it all =]

Up was fantastic. The storyline is actually ridiculous, it's great.

Really??? I thought it started off really well, but I found the characters incredibly shallow, and pretty damn annoying - especially the fat kid. It was constantly grasping at different narratives, and never settling on one of the many available, yet thoroughly predictable, ones. And don't get me started on the squeaky-voiced dog, that joke was so over-played, and so embarrassing too. I think it's largely the tag, and pressure, of it being Pixar (as it's probably quite apparent, I'm a big fan of Pixar) that made it seem so much more disappointing. I'm quite aware that I'm kinda over-reacting quite a bit, but it was the classic 'very high expectations, meets mediocre experience'.
