I'm going to take that as a 'don't' and assume your English goes downhill too... ;)

so m 4 year old came back last night from vegas and he's explaining to me how when you pee in the airplane's back bathroom the pee goes out the back of the plane, but if you use the front bathroom, it goes out the front. This is of course, accompanied by him showing where the lavs are using one of his many airplane toys

I think my boss just thought I had left the office as he just broke wind really loudly and then sniggered to himself. Surreal.

pete wrote:Hahahaha, not at all. I'm just saying there's a large number of US that are past our days as teen whippersnappers, who wake up either with a bad back or needing the toilet at 4am, who seek out clubs with seats and slighly quieter than deafening music (gigs excepted), who spend two days in bed for every one night out, who worry about how they're going to feel in the morning (but still do it anyway), but who obviously utilise their wisdom and life lessons to out-cunning those of lesser years....
Try being forced to be around bloody 18yr olds that are still full of the joys of life and party, party, party. Then they look at you like you've lost your head when they ask when you last went out, and you reply with "whenever the last Frank gig was." Mainly because you really can't find any places like the above, I want my bed by 1am, and everyone just seems to be looking younger while i progress to further levels of deterioration, and its not good for my self-esteem :D
262 weeks until i'm 30, at which point i wonder if i'll even still be in one piece at the rate i'm going.

Can we maybe have a thread where annoying people i.e teenagers, tickets seeking RT beggars etc. are banned from?

I usually feel ancient at gigs now, I seem to be surrounded by 15 year olds everytime I set foot in a venue. I'm 27 but I don't look much older than the kids. In fact last week I got asked at my new job if I was on work experience!

I'd complain about my dodgy ankles but they were dodgy at birth so I can't really attribute it to my advancing years

I thought 30 was supposed to be the new 20?
Seeing as the average life expectancy in the UK for men is about 78 years and 82 for women. I refuse to be called middle aged until I reach at least 41, but I have a fair time before then ;)

I asked frank at Lexa how he planned to spend his 30th birthday. He said "I think I'm probably going to be on a plane".

Which is kind of cool, but also slightly tragic. Hopefully someone who's alert enough at check-in will sort him an upgrade.

I spent almost all of my birthday last year on a plane - I set off from heathrow at 10PM the day before my birthday, flew 12 hours to Hong Kong, had a 3 hour birthday in HK airport, then flew 12 hours to New Zealand where I arrived the day after my birthday.

:(

birthday party in an airport sounds like decent fun if you've got a good crowd!

Just bought myself some of these bad boys:

As most people I know have some kind of a collection, I've decided I'm going to collect ace headphones.
