Some drunk grabbed Dani the other week, felt her belly and said "it's a girl". I wanted to fucking twat him.
i've never been pregnant nor will i be, but i would deck someone for touching me like that. i don't see how that is even remotely ok in any realm of the imagination.
Never say never. I used to always go "no way am I ever having a kid". I believed it too.

Things change. Your attitude changes. Priorities change. then next thing you know, parenthood is just round the corner.

That said, if we weren't married, I think I would be reluctant. Being married changes your attitude to just about everything

Working time? Not for me. This is just waking up and sitting in bed playing on my laptop time. Oh the joys of being unemployed and single! Hopefully the unemployed thing won't last much longer... this is the longest I've been without a job since I was 18 (2 weeks and counting). The break is refreshing, but it's completely crippling my funds.

I'll be in New York tomorrow to start my job search.

So I was sitting in my room, minding my own business when I heard what sounded like a car hitting another car on the road outside my apartment building.

Sure enough...

Not too major, but the hood of his car shouldn't look like that.

Fair enough if they were my friend (or indeed the friend of any of us outside the office), but I don't particularly care for someone I pass in the corridor on occasions, even less so their wife, and most definitely not their belching potentially vomitting child. Fuck off.
one of the women in my work came in with her newborn today. it was quite funny to watch all the guys huddle in one corner until she & baby left, muttering such classics as "why would i want to see a baby? i've seen one before" etc.

We actually get given money for having a kid. I was well impressed. Finally getting some of that tax back.
