I like Neutral Milk Hotel but I'd be kind of annoyed if a band I like as much as BN ended with a cover.
they played glasto so I would guess that the reading set will be pretty much the same as this;

'You Won’t Know'
'Sic Transit Gloria… Glory Fades'
'Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't'
'Bride'
'Sowing Season (Yeah)'
'The Archer’s Bows Are Broken'
'Jesus Christ'
'Gasoline'
'Degausser'
'Oh Comely'

I believe members of Brand New have been known to grace Reading's open mic stage, playing "Holland, 1945" and possibly some other 'Hotel songs. Might want to look out for that if you're going to Reading / care.

I missed their actual set, too. Patrick Wolf was on at the same time, and the friend who I was with wanted to go and see him. We struck a deal - we'd watch half of Wolf's set, and then we'd go and see Brand New. Of course, as it happened, I found myself enjoying Patrick too much, and I stopped caring about leaving. So I've never seen Brand New live.

Haven't listened to them in months either, mind.

Interesting...

Talking of videos, the guitarist from my old band has just completed a video for one of his new solo project songs. The video was directed/shot/edited etc by Tim Fox of cultlovesyou who did some vids for Sikth/Aconite Thrill/Failsafe in the past, so it might be of interest to some.
