The Biology of Good and Evil (another podcast recommendation)

This may well change your perception of why we do the things we do. You might even view Trump a bit differently. Turns out he, like the rest of us, are victims of our biology, genes, and hormone levels, our culture, our evolutionary past, our childhood experiences, our time in utero, get the idea. Free will takes it on the chin!
Trump is still a truly malevolent and sinister monster, but at least now we better understand how he got that way.

My podcast listening is truly cutting into my music listening, but given my lack of free will, what can I do! :)

Sam Haris ruins shit for me all the time. I love and hate him at the same time. I feel like I am becoming less liberal but more open at the same time. Arrgh. When listening to my atheist podcasts though, I always sing "there is no god" in my head.

well, since we're talking podcast recommendations....

you might enjoy some of the podcast episodes Station To Station; Music Through The Years have been putting out.

The premise of the podcast is each guest (all music industry related) is given a year from which to chose 1 album and 1 single to discuss. We also ask them about their first musical influences and first musical obsessions, as well as discussing notable mentions from the year towards the end of each episode.

Reaction from both guests and listeners has been really positive and we've been lucky enough to sit down with loads of great guests for series one, including Frank's label mates Sean McGowan and Will Varley! Both episodes are now live and they're really great chats about their influences, musical careers, and 2007 & 2005 respectively.

We've got some more xtra mile guests lined up so keep an eye on what we're up on to instagram @stationtostationpod, and if you have any guest requests hit us up or put us in touch with people! I've put a link to our acast below where you'll find all of series one, however find it by searching station to station podcast on whichever platform you use!

Love to hear from feedback or requests from you all if you have any. Happy Saturday!
