on 1st listen I was a bit dubious but after hearing it a bit more I really like it, quite dark in a good sorta way and other vague descriptions.

Never felt all that bothered about Reuben, but that was good.

Two thumbs up.

I'm actually slightly dissappointed. It's getting a 6/10 on first impressions...

Chris Cornell - Arms Around Your Love

This new album is not sounding too promising if this is anything to go by.

The Pogues - Jesse James

I think I prefer this version to The Boss' Seeger Session version...Yes, yes I do and that is rare.

Two Gallants - The Scenery Of Farewell

Going to see them on Friday, and am really quite excited. They were one of the best bands I saw last year without a doubt. This show is acoustic, which should be interesting

Seen them at Southside last year and they really blew me away. Especially the drummer was quite impressive. Nice haircut too.

Just got told to go and see the Beatsteaks on Friday, for free. Hooray for midnight work!

The Beatsteaks are far more impressive live than on record in my opinion. I saw them supporting someone or other once and was pleasantly surprised.

I think they manage to bring lots of the energy on tape as well, at least they did on the new album. But the live shows are mind-blowing. I'm so excited, the show was sold out during the first week of sales and now I'll get in for free, mwarrharr.
