listened to the new bloc party album for the first time last night, can't see what the major problem with it is. sure the first two tracks are a bit wank and the lyrics are a bit meh, but my first impressions were very favourable

the second track (hunting for witches?) is my favourite song on the album. it's a pretty good record. i don't have a problem with the production like most people seem to.

The production in part seems a bit sketchy in parts (namely in "On"? and "Where Is Home?") and I do really quite enjoy the first two tracks, as I do the whole album. I'm glad I invested in it.

Superior to "Silent Alarm" and one of the best albums out this year so far.

hunting for witches is a brilliant song, can't wait to see them live on sunday (yay!). i think they album trails of a bit at the end, or maybe its just my short attention span.

I don't get the whole Bloc Party thing. I find them very bland personally.

They (Bloc Party) didn't really seem to know what to say when they were on xfm the other week.

that's hardly news. the album is great. much better than silent alarm. really like 'i still remember' and 'on'. hope one of those two are the next single.
