Re: Smith Street Band & Andrew Jackson Jihad

Smithies are bringing AJJ to Australia! I can now stop sitting here in abject jealousy.

Re: OneThirtyEight Records

Thanks Evan, I'll put a little list together and drop you a line this week.

(Note: I'm used to paying more for postage than I do for the actual item. I'm resigned to this.)

Re: OneThirtyEight Records

Hi Evan,

Are you any closer to shipping overseas? There's a couple of things you list that I want.

Cheers,
Mel

Re: Conspiracy?

Huh. I chose to read it in the style of Nirvana.

Re: Australia

EKMB was a highlight for me, too. Perth show was also amazing on a postage stamp stage and the general vibe from the crowd. Sydney was the best but I might be biased.

Interested to see what Frank thinks, too.

Mel

Re: New cd reviews...........

Anyone who may have caught Will Varley supporting Frank at The Albert Hall might be interested to know that he is releasing a 5 track digital live ep in a couple of weeks. It is basically the same set he played at The Albert Hall, plus one other. It's very, very good in my opinion, and it's only £2...

Re: The "Everything Is Shit" Thread

Came home from seeing Frank in New Zealand to find 2 inches of water in my not a fluffy kitten, but a place I make food on a stove and living room, it having come in the back door in a once in a decade deluge, and a freaked out 19 year old. Two days later, there was a second deluge, a bigger one. Wi...

Re: Byron Bay Bluesfest 2015 and Side Shows

Hi Steve and Steve's wife! :) Literally meeting so many awesome people and paying kindness forward in the form of helping out travellers was the best part of the whole trip for me. I have never seen so many, many excited, happy British backpackers in all my life. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Mi...

Watergirl, I can testify that it was excellent and I loved every minute of it.

It was the second Melbourne show, though.

Did I mention I loved it? I did!
