Re: Photosynthesis t-shirt

People outside shows are generally part of organised crime groups, really fucking nasty people. I just can't believe we still have profited touting, bootleggers etc outside music venues. Is it illegal? A couple of cops outside a venue wiling to make arrests/seize goods would start to put people off...

Re: UK Arena Tour

In Cardiff he said half way through the set as he was overrunning. We were planning on going but he went from playing the biggest venue in Cardiff to the smallest, the queue outside when we got there was enough to fill the venue twice, so we didn't bother going.

Re: Photosynthesis t-shirt

Fair point! Thursday was the first time I've seen a bootlegger selling tshirts at the end of a gig in Cardiff in a long time - do you see a difference between them and the stuff on sites like redbubble, which is mainly fan art?

Re: Cardiff on Thursday.

Was an amazing show despite some twats down the front who were way past the stage of drunk/high that should be allowed at gigs. Great lighting effects - making it feel more intimate. Beens and FM were top draw as well.

Re: Absolutely gutted

I know the feeling, my first post was covering for teacher who'd had a heart attack - his form class were given as the reason for the attack! That was a fun 8 months. Coming in halfway through the year is never easy. When you've got the 7k's of this world you need the support of your colleagues/ment...

Re: Absolutely gutted

They can't spring that on you at such short notice. You need to talk to your union rep ASAP. Do they have a genuine reason for changing it? Here's the extract from "the bible" (the pay and conditions document): In-year changes to the calendar and timetable may be made, but this should be only for so...

Re: Non-Frank Gigs

Saw Black Sabbath Sunday night. An excellent gig, Iommi and Butler were better than I could ever imagine and Ozzy was Ozzy  . I think their the last band on my list of bands to see, I'm gonna have to find some new music to listen to now!
