You can read mine if you like. The address is in my signature at the bottom.

I review gigs in 10 minutes. Lots of Frank Turner/Xtra-Mile reviews.

Re: Non-Frank Gigs

By the way clever forum people, can you help me, I really do want to see some up and coming bands, but how do I find about about gigs? Can anyone give me their recommendations of acts to check out? Google venues near you and follow their facebook/twitter pages. If you don't know venues near you the...

Re: "Just picture her after she's had kids"

I like both the Smiths and the Cure. Never understood all the Smiths/Morrissey hating. I guess that quotes like this don't help: Of the Norway massacre in which 77 people died, Morrissey heralds to a Warsaw crowd, "That is nothing compared to what happens in McDonald's and Kentucky Fried shit every...

Re: Non-Frank Gigs

Went to see JL&TSS again last night. There was only about 50 people there, if that, and the supports were nothing short of rubbish. But it was one hell of a show. Even better than the show in Leeds the other day. It was such a good night. To be fair, that's not a bad turnout for a largely unknown b...

Re: Another boring acoustic guitar question!

Yeah, the local guitar shop will get this question all of the time - just go in and ask them. They'll find you the one in no time at all.

If you choose anything other than Ballad for a 13th track then you'd be bloody stupid, regardless of how many albums had 13 songs on them.

That was much more polite than me saying "you screwed up the track listing". My apologies for my abrupt rudeness.
Copied and pasted from the official site which is all messed up. Will edit it.

Best album tracks.

Ok, here's a game. Below I've listed all 5 Frank Turner albums (no bonus tracks etc). You need to pick a track 1, 2 etc, but you can only have one of each. E.g. You could pick track 1 from England Keep My Bones, but that means you can't pick track 1 from Sleep Is For The Week. By the end of it you w...

Re: Someone convince me

When I saw Jack Dee he said similar. He compared it to everyone in the audience being asked to come back and do 5 more minutes work each day just as they were walking out of the door in their jobs.

I'm going to see The Wave Pictures in Bristol in a couple of weeks, then Joe Summers a couple of weeks after that.

Re: Glory Hallelujah

On the other hand, how would people feel if your favourite artist (or Frank) wrote a song that embraced religion? If the chorus went, "There is a God," would you still sing along even if it's not something you necessarily believe in?

Just a thought...
