Showaddywaddy. In about 1977. They can still be caught on the Butlins/Pontins circuit I believe. (First musician I saw live was Acker Bilk and individual performer was David Essex - I guess my age will be coming apparent by now.)

Saw it on one of the blogs and he announced a UK tour last night. Frank says he'll go everywhere. Living in the rural arse end of nowhere i just hope he's within a decent distance. I dream of him doing Lincoln but i guess that's too much to hope for! I hope he does the more rural arse end of nowher...

New Tour Announcement

Saw it on one of the blogs and he announced a UK tour last night. Frank says he'll go everywhere. Living in the rural arse end of nowhere i just hope he's within a decent distance. I dream of him doing Lincoln but i guess that's too much to hope for!

He was playing yet another updated version of Great Leap Forwards in November so I guess that's likely. He used to finish his shows with Rudi, but is more variable these days. We are off to Amsterdam on Wednesday for this gig. Have only seen Frank live in support of Green Day before, so very excited about this.
