Re: The I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY Thread

Thanks, Sarah. I have loads of friends who are medics - well aware it's the hardest slog of all!

Re: The I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY Thread

I have completely lost my mind. After spending the last ten years forging out a career, building a business and actually succeeding, I am seriously considering giving it all up to train as a doctor. God, writing it down makes it sound even more ridiculous! Been on the phone to admissions tutors all ...

Re: London to Derry for Frank?

I think there's a few of us doing this (the line up is pretty unmissable).

I'll be flying (mainly to save time) but having Googled it is also possible by train or bus - although it didn't seem any cheaper to me.

See you there!

Re: NYC Taper

Danced crazy amounts. Going through major show withdrawals. Bad times.

Yeah, maybe some vodka too. But mainly all of the cider. God, I was a twat. *alcohol regret*

Amazing nights. Couldn't have asked for a better three shows. Including Marwoos.

Re: NYC Taper

Bloody amazing show, I'd be really interested to hear it back.

Although I *think* the set list on the 31st was my favourite I've seen them play. Although I did drink a LOT of cider that night, so, hmmm.

Re: Losing Days video

I love this video, and the song. I also love that making the video gave me some absolutely amazing memories, but that you can't see me in it. Massive win as I had such a great experience but can now watch it without cringing because you can't spot me at all. Winning all round. Great work, Frank. And...

Re: Words about music.

I completely love your writing.

Do you write for a living? Many people less talented than yourself (like me, for instance) do. I adore the tone, expression and personality that come through so effortlessly through your words.

I'm jealous!

Re: Be what you believe

I think it definitely * sounds* racist, whether you intended it to or not. "Will you live with gypsies OR will you work a lot" The use of the word 'or' seems to mean that the two must be mutually exclusive - which is pretty racist. Also: not having a dig but I think you'd get more feedback if you to...
